Last day of August!

Well we're almost through our second week of school! No school Friday and no school Monday!! 

Today we worked more on our inferencing, themes, and summarizing. These kids are doing awesome! They REALLY are so smart and so much fun! Their sense of humor is so awesome!! We've been reading a lot of books at school and then talking about the theme and then summarizing the books. Today we read The Stinky Cheeseman. They had a lot of fun with that book, it's pretty silly. This afternoon we worked more on rounding, place value, and comparing numbers. We jammed out to Taylor Swift's shake it off when we were comparing numbers! Tomorrow they are going to show everyone what they know and some videos that we are going to create. Then in the afternoon we will finish up or math and get ready for a drop at 2:30! Mr. Adams volunteered to be our dropper! It should be pretty entertaining in the least, and there will be plenty of pictures tomorrow!
